This incumbent is to conduct experiments related to immune monitoring of vaccine-induced immune responses in human subjects.

1. Assay development for measuring immunogenicity to vaccine

- Develop and improve the current assay for evaluation of immunogenicity to vaccines.
- Validate and standardize developed assay.
- Increase clinical immunology laboratory activities in vaccine field.
- Publish in peer reviewed journal.
- Technology transfer to partner laboratories in developing countries

2. Research project fitting with IVI missions

- To assist research project and experiments in the field of clinical immunology with the scientific directions and comments defined by immediate supervisor.
- Collect and analyze the scientific data obtained during the experiment.
- Publish in peer reviewed journal.

3. Laboratory maintenance

- To support the purchasing of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
- Maintain the daily operation and function of the laboratory facilities

Specific requirement:

• Master’s Degree
• Bilingual (fluent in English)
• Basic knowledge in Biotechnology, immunology, and animal experiment
