Microsoft HR Trax offers a challenging internship opportunity for high performing HR talent. This 12 week (from May 19 – August 8) program is thoughtfully designed to provide interns with strategic projects, exposure to company leadership, and an extended opportunity to partner with the business in Microsoft’s unique culture. As part of Microsoft HR, your work will impact the business directly.
The HR Trax program is designed to provide a custom experience, accelerating your ability to reach your career goals. As an intern in the program, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas: HR business partner, compensation & benefits, HR operations, staffing/recruiting, leadership and/or management development, diversity & inclusion, or program management. Mentoring and feedback are consistently provided throughout the summer to ensure you receive the most valuable experience. At the completion of the internship, you will give a presentation on your experience to senior HR leaders and others in the HR Trax program.

HR Trax internships will be at Microsoft’s Corporate Headquarters, which are located in Redmond, WA.
Qualifications include:
- 2-4 years professional work experience
- Pursuing MBA or MA in HR-related field
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
