Description:
The Consulting practice serves public and private companies in the Media and Communications, Technology, and Government sectors. Consulting team members also work with our clients' management in any industry sector to assist them in enhancing the performance of their IT function.
As a team member of the Technology Consulting practice, you will provide advisory services focused on helping clients align their business objectives with IT investments and enhance IT Governance.
Technical skills & Key Selection Factors:
- 7 - 9 years of experience
- Managed at least 3 IT projects (from Initiation to Closing - value more than $300K each)
- Experience in Business Process mapping in the telecom sector
- Experience in Re-engineering business processes in the Telecom sector based on eTOM
- Experience in IT Service Management framework development based on ITIL
Academic background:
- BS/BE in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- eTOM Certification
- ITIL expert
- PMP/PRINCE2 certified
Minimum years of PQE: 7 - 9 years
Industry experience: Telecom

- Ability to facilitate combined understanding and thinking between the business and IT

- Consulting experience with an emphasis on delivery of complex enterprise solutions.
- Manage projects and provide necessary support to our clients during periods of change
- Deliver value-added services to the client by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving their business
