Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ MIS/ Computer Information Systems/ Business Administration
- Certification: Certified PMP - Project Management Professional
- 5-7 years of Experience including:
- Must have strong knowledge in implementing Learning Management System
- Must have consulting experience in government industry
- Very strong project management experience (preferably in e-services)
- Must understand SDLC and IT delivery standards
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge in RFP preparation and vendor evaluation and selection
- Must have very strong technical and business writing skills
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge in producing quality results and deliverables
- Ability to manage technology vendors and systems integraters
- Must demonstrate self initiative, self motivation and leadership and pro-activeness
- Technology and system implementations
- Managing large and complex number of stakeholders
- Tracking project financials
- Using standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Knows how to adapt technology to enable business success (understand technology and can link it with the business needs)
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be leading the technical track within the e-training program and he will work with specialized consultants, e-training content providers, LMS technology providers. He will be responsible for managing the delivery of Learning Management System by specialized LMS solutions providers. The candidate will interact with senior people from the client side and it is expected that he will be equipped with strong interpersonal and technical knowledge to impress the client and win their trust. Below are only key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a business/technology project
- Responsible for delivering the project objectives within budget and time
- Develop project charters and plans
- Track project financials and manage the billing of vendors invoices
- Manage the project scope and manage the changes
- Identify resourcing needs
- Identify project risks and mitigating them
- Identify issues and handle them. Report them to the management in a frequent basis and ensure resolution
- Report to e-training Program Manager on project status/issues/risks/budget etc.
- Manage the relationship with all the involved vendors
- Manage the contracts drafting and approval process
- Review vendors proposal and evaluate them
- Review deliverables and ensure adherence to scope and completion of work
