Global Communities, formerly CHF International, is an international non-profit organization that works closely with communities worldwide to bring about sustainable changes that improve the lives and livelihoods of the vulnerable. In the anticipated proposal for Rwanda’s Agriculture Growth (USAID), the Chief Financial Officer/Grants Manager will oversee all financial, administrative, sub-grants and sub-contracts for the project. The CFO/Grants Manager’s background will include:
• At least 10 years of experience with financial management and administration for international development project; • At least 3 years of experience managing sub-grants and sub-contracts, and demonstrated knowledge of USAID regulations related to the oversight of such instruments; and • Previous East African experience preferred.
