Description
The Consulting practice serves public and private companies in the Automotive, Energy, Entertainment, Media and Communications, Industrial Products, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer, Technology, and Utilities sectors. Consulting team members also work with our clients' economic buyers (CEO, CFO, CIO, M&A Buyer, and VP of Human Resources) in any industry sector to frame and address emerging issues. In so doing, the team addresses changing business models that require the intricate integration of processes, technology and people across the clients' entire enterprise.
As a team member of the Consulting practice, you will provide advisory services focused on helping clients make the critical link between business and operational strategies to get real and sustainable results across their value chain.
Qualification/Skills
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of processes in specific industries, such as Consumer and retail or Industrial Manufacturing
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors: Consumer and retail or industrial products
- Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of success in a role emphasizing consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements for supply chain activities
- Optionally demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Oracle or SAP application based supply chain solutions
- Optionally demonstrates knowledge of the different phases and/or stages of an ERP implementation, emphasizing business process knowledge associated with the different supply chain modules e.g., demand planning, sales and operations planning etc
- Demonstrates extensive abilities with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Demonstrates extensive abilities as a Project and/or Track Lead: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
- Demonstrates thorough abilities with and/or a proven record of success leading process workshops and presenting in front of teams
The jobholder would have as a minimum a BS degree in business, preferably be Arabic speaking and would typically have 6 years + relevant consulting or industry experience.
