Compensation Delivery Program Manager IBM

The Integrated Services Team is the operational heart of IBM HR and is comprised of deep subject matter experts across a broad spectrum of HR functions across the globe. The IST Compensation & Benefits organization provides delivery support for IBM C&B programs. The Compensation Delivery Program Manager will play an integral role in a fast paced, collaborative shared services environment. The Compensation Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for leading the cross-border delivery of one or more compensation programs in select European countries. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:  Lead compensation program execution and implementation  Prepare and conduct compensation program training  Maintain policy and process documentation and provide guidance  Ensure overall compliance (process, approvals, SOX, etc.) Language skills: English fluent additional European language Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees. Required
Master's Degree At least 3 years experience in the respective field English: Fluent
