CHIEF CONSTRUCTION OFFICER - Construction been the heart and soul of the company, the chief construction officer is entitled with the responsibiltiy of driving revenue and generate profits for the company. They will oversee all design and construction processes and ensure projects are completed within set budgets and timelines.
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER - To manage all accounting, billing, financing, investor relationship, legalities and strategic planning of the company and advise management on the companies financial activities.
CHIEF ESTIMATOR/ COMMERCIAL OFFICER - To over see the overall process of estimating project bids, budget creation and developing procedures and systems of estimating as well as assisting the construction and operations teams in the project deliverables by ensuring flow of project information and issuing progress reports.
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - To oversee the process of staffing the company, training and orientation of both new and existing staff to company procedures and functions, ensure organizational and staff development, develop company policies and implement them in the organization.
MANAGER RISK & INTERNAL AUDIT - To provide audit and risk management inputs to the Amoco Construction business strategy that will create and deliver shareholder value.
INTERNAL AUDITOR - To provide audit operational inputs in achieving Amoco Construction’s strategy that will create and deliver shareholder value.
RISK ANALYST - To provide risk management inputs in achieving the organization’s business strategy that will create and deliver shareholder value by examining, evaluating, reporting, and recommending improvements on the adequacy and effectiveness of managements’ risk processes and to reduce operational surprises and losses while seizing opportunities.
PROJECT MANAGER - Responsible to overall project planning, resource allocation and control. Provide direction and esnure quality standards compliance.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER - To provide procurement inputs to the Amoco Construction business strategy that will create and deliver shareholder value.
SURVEY MANAGER - Oversees the activites of the surveyors, prepares legal land descriptions, coordinates the surveyor activities with those of the construction team whilst ensuring all legalities involved are complied to.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - To ensure projects are complete to the set standards, within set budgets and timeline and safety is maintained at all times at the construction site.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR - The project manager is incharge of all project management activities from planning, costing, delivery, time and quality management while ensuring safety of the construction workers.
PLANNER - To develop construction schedules and timetables and review projects based on work and costs incurred to assist in forecasting.
SITE ADMINISTRATOR - Supervise the laborers, drivers, equipment operators activities to ensure projects are done within set timelines and within set budgets, ensuring safety of the team for delivery of quality projects.
SURVEYORS - Conduct land surveys inorder to identify legal boundaries and document the results to meet the legal requirements and advises the construction team on the viabilty of the land before they start on any construction work on any given piece of land.
CIVIL/CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERS - Responsible for the ground work involving the entire construction project i.e. planning, directing, handling the design and being present during the time of construction.
FINANCE MANAGER - Responsible for delivery of the business plan, budgeting and managing the company finances as well as secure more funding, carry out reource allocation and ensure there is no misappropriation and managing the auditing process annualy
ACCOUNTS MANAGER - In charge of all financial reporting and procedure developement and implementation.
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT CONTROLLERS - Handles the billing process from handling inquires, verify employess payable working hours and ensure the biling policies are adhered to.
ACCOUNTANT - Shall effect decisions made by the Finance / accountsmanager and CFO. Shall be charged with the day to day management and analysis of financial reports.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - To ensure effective communication through out the organization, develop and oversee the operations budget, assit with strategy development based on all operational activity
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Develop and generate new business opportunities for the company through evaluation of new opportunities, market research and development, market the company and retain a good image for it.
COST ESTIMATES MANAGER - The individual shall develop cost estimates based on the duration, scope, and potential profitability of a new construction project.
DESIGN BUILDING MANAGER - Responsible for managing the design-build delivery, manages relationships with the design team and constantly reviews design estimates and schedules.
IT MANAGER - To plan, develop, manage and maintain all the technology reseources to ensure effective application by the staff to boost productivity. To embrace new technologies and introduce them to the organization.
MECHANICAL AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS - Plan and execute maintenance operations on Amoco equipment,train members of staff on how to correctly use the equipment,keep up to date with the trends and upgrades in construction machinery and liase with the relevant authorities and agencies to ensure adherence to correct maintenance procedures.
PAYROLL- BENEFITS MANAGER - To develop payroll and benefits reports, calculate all employee payments and administer monthly payments and generally manage the employees benefits scheme.
SAFETY AND EQUIPMENT MANAGER - Responsible for formulating and implementing safety policies among staff, assessing the risk of various construction processes and liasing with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure the maintenance of the highest safety standards.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICERS - Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
ASSET OFFICER - Determine the feasibility of asset and facility acquisition and presenting supporting documentation to management.
DRIVERS - To operate the company vehicles and deliver the dispatches from one point to another.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS - To ease the executives workload by taking on most of the administrative duties, leaving the executive to focus on decision making matters.
KITCHEN GIRL - To prepare both morning and afternoon tea for the management and staff and ensure the kitchen is clean and hygiene standards are highly maintained.
PLANT/HE ENGINEERS - Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in industrial plant.
RECEPTIONISTS - Responsible for creating a good and lasting first impression of the organization to clients and visitors.
STORES OFFICER - Issuing and dispatching goods from stores and keeping inventory reports.
