Food and beverage manager

applicant must be a dynamic & motivated individual with strong leadership skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and the hours required. All applicants must have minimum 3 years experience as an F&B manager in a 4 start plus hotel. Must speak fluent English. Good knowledge of F&B accounting, food stocktaking, inventories and good knowledge of wines.
