ROLE, TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Program manager represent INTERSOS with Project stakeholders and donors, in agreement and on the basis of the Head of Mission’s indications. Is responsible for the implementation of all the activities and the economic and financial management of the project. Specifically he/she is responsible to:
• Maintain the relationship with the donors and the local partner • Participate to the main meeting concerning the project of his/her responsibility • Follow up the possibility for new project proposal and write it. • Management of the project assigned to him/her and of all implementation phases, on the basis of the Orientation and supervision of the Head of Mission.
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Development Studies preferable. • Proved experience in Project management in multicultural context • At least 3 year of experience with NGO in GBV or psychology issues. • Strong analytical, training, oral and written communication, and team-building skills • Comfortable with computer use. • Problem solving and organizational capabilities. • Good knowledge of the procedure of international donors • English fluency required
DUTY STATION: Republic of South Sudan , Western Equatoria State
DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT: 6 months
