About Your Job:
The position will be accountable to drive, control & execute direction on all aspects of all operational and contingency activities to DIA and NDIA essential for airport operations. You will be involved in the development, creation, preparation, support and management of all Statistics & SOP related documents such as Airport Quality Surveys, Numerical Data Statistics and all Operational requirements.
Specific responsibilities will include:-
To control, manage and execute collation, analysis, reporting and archiving of statistical (i.e. numerical) data and non-numerical data pertaining to Terminal, Operations, BHS, HBSS and kerbside operational activities.To manage collation, analysis and archiving of traffic and operational statistics.To control, manage and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents, operating manuals and other documentation.Update and identifies changes or additions to all SOP and initiating projects as and when necessary.To update the Terminal Operations Standard Operating Procedure documents as and when necessary.To effectively manage the communication of changes in policies, standards and procedures to the entire core operations, ensuring the formulation and sound interpretation and application of SOP’s applying a broad base of knowledge, judgment, and initiative building the systems.Define the procedures for Operational Statistics and SOP to be followed by the Airport’s Company staff, Contractors to the Airport Company, Ground Handling Agent, MOI Passports & Airport Security Department and by Customs.Develop and make available for all Statistics & SOP procedures to cover the use of all the airport facilities and systems, procedures necessary to use the facilities and systems correctly and safely.To participate in the monthly reviews as and when necessary.Maintain an awareness of best practice techniques and tools in the area of Statistics & SOP’s so that the department optimises efficiency and levels of service.Prepare the annual business plans and monitor expenditure against approved levels on a regular basis and investigates and justifies significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control.
About You:
The successful candidate will have bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years job-related and proven ability Capability to develop Technical process documentation.
