Technical Experts – USAID YouthPower IDIQ

The QED Group, LLC is a full-service international development firm that provides practical solutions to social problems through sound analysis, proven management techniques, and creative implementation.  We focus our efforts on two core practice areas: Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management. We work with U.S. agencies and overseas governments, international donors, private-sector clients, and PVOs/NGOs in more than 80 countries around the world. Key clients include USAID, the U.S. Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency.

The QED Group LLC seeks qualified mid and senior level professionals with experience in donor-funded international development programs for potential short-term assignments on an upcoming USAID-funded global youth program.  This project will focus on research and evaluation of youth programming; facilitate technical leadership and knowledge dissemination; and strengthen/expand the evidence base for cross‐sectoral and sector‐specific approaches in positive youth development.

We are especially interested in individuals with technical and/or evaluation experience in the following fields:

• Youth Development
• Health
• Education

• Democracy & Governance (D&G)
• Human Rights
• Peace & Security
• Food Security, Agriculture, and Rural Development
• Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)
• Gender

Assignments will largely be short-term (exact length TBD).
