Commercial Manager , Mzinga Corporation

Mzinga Corporation is a Government of Tanzania Institution under the Ministry of Defence & National Service. Vacancies exist at the Corporation's Head Office at Mzinga in Morogoro and applications from suitably qualified and competent persons are invited to fill them as follows:-

Qualifications

Holders of a Degree in Commerce, Business or its equivalent;

Master Degree in relevant field,

At least eight years of working experience of which four years must have been in a senior position.

Duties:

Working closely with the commercial functions of the business and providing essential a commercial support for the acquisition and retention of customers;

Guiding Business team to grow a portfolio in terms of quality services;

Manage all day-to-day commercial activities of the Corporation, including preparation of various types of written correspondence such as reports, letters, minutes and submissions; Oversee the business activities of the Corporation, including customer's survey, follow-up of debtors, and creation of periodic business reports as necessary;

Contribute to formulation and review of the business/strategic plans and budgets for the Corporation in concert with the Senior Management Team.
