Supplies Officer II , Mzinga Corporation

Mzinga Corporation is a Government of Tanzania Institution under the Ministry of Defence & National Service. Vacancies exist at the Corporation's Head Office at Mzinga in Morogoro and applications from suitably qualified and competent persons are invited to fill them as follows:-

Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Material Management or Logistics;

Must be computer literate.

Duties

Maintains and updates a register of approved suppliers;

Opens and maintains files for each local order

Maintains register of all contracts and monitors supply of ordered goods;

Follows up supply contracts, and en: contracts are honoured;

Produces monthly returns on status of ordered goods;

Performs any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor.
