The consultant’s role is to work with a company’s senior executive team to drive the most strategic operational initiatives—implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring the desired performance. Consultants are called on to deliver outstanding client results, direct client personnel, prepare work plans, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations, organize and write proposals, and participate in new business development.

You will operate at a Manager level and be capable of providing high quality advice and experience to our clients in these areas, while working as part of a project delivery team.You will be part of a highly skilled, specialist team of professionals while at the same time you will be encouraged to initiate and develop new ideas. Our team have an excellent track record of delivering high quality work to major international clients and has ambitious growth plans for the next few years.

Requirements

PwC seeks Managers with experience working for management consulting firms and/or significant work experience as outlined in the following segments:

• Aerospace and Defense: Experience in aerospace and defense OEMs and suppliers in operations and supply chain, strategic sourcing, marketing and sales, IT management, organization design, and/or new product innovation.
• Industrial Manufacturing: Experience in industrial sector manufacturers in operations and supply chain, strategic sourcing, marketing and sales, organization design, IT

Qualification and Skills

Additional information on required credentials:

• Experience in more than one area a plus, if substantial
• Demonstrated ability to impact top and/ or bottom line financial results
• Demonstrated progression and advancement into positions of greater responsibility
• Supervisory or management experience a plus
• Track record of experience in the Middle East and North Africa, and involvement in business and professional associations a plus
• Team-oriented and demonstrated success in delivering results
• Assertive and confident presence
• Self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Significant management responsibility early in career a big plus
• Comfortable working at all levels of management
• Language skills:
  • English, business fluency
  • Arabic fluency a plus

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, your responsibilities will include:

• Working as a strong team member on delivery of assignments with ability to take ownership of own areas of the project.  
• Service a variety of clients, getting to know and understand  their unique business issues and needs
• Collaborative working style, with a focus on knowledge sharing and innovative thinking with the team
• Should be outcome focused and result oriented
• Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business; and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
