Description

This is an opportunity to join PwC's human resource advisory services, which was recently rated as No 2 worldwide Human Capital consulting practice by Kennedy Information. The role is at a level of an Assistant Manager/Manager and based out of the Dubai office.

The candidate will be leading or playing senior member on projects covering a wide spectrum of human resource advisory services with a focus on reward and performance management. Amongst other aspects this could include assisting clients on job evaluation, designing grading structure, designing reward strategy and structure including developing sophisticated incentive models and employee stock ownership plans.

Qualifications / Skills

The successful applicant should have the following:

• Strong academic record with minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent; specialisation in HR is desirable but not essential;
• At least 5 years of experience in human resource of which at least three years are in a consulting environment;
• Experience or interest in compensation and benefits is essential;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good numerical and analytical skills;
• High level of comfort working on excel and developing models;
• Ability to plan and organise his/her work to ensure client deadlines are met;
• Focus on delivering to the highest standards of work; and
• Knowledge and experience of working in the UAE or the Middle East region is advantageous.
