Senior Programme Manager - Urban

Location: Maputo, Mozambique

We are looking for a highly motivated and a results driven individual, who will bring on board an impressive track record of strategic programme planning, management and development coupled by an in-depth understanding of the WATSAN sector, practical experience in taking responsibility for developing, implementing Urban and small towns WATSAN research programmes, managing significant budgets.

You will be a highly groomed leader, skilled in building and developing high performing teams and individuals.

Knowledgeable about social, economic and political issues in Mozambique with specific focus on urban and small towns setting, you will have a track record of working with INGOs, local and national government, donors and partners and demonstrate effective influencing skills. You will be able to demonstrate solid track record in building effective partnerships with urban utilities and the regulatory, identifying key capacity gaps and formulate sustainable strategies to overcome them.
