Our East Africa practice serves multinationals, large national enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and the public sector across 3 countries of the region: Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Deloitte Uganda has a temporary opportunity for a young, dynamic individual to provide Reception support to our Consulting (Strategy & Operations) team. The position is based in Kampala and is for a duration of three (3) months.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Make/receive calls for the department;
- Receive clients and and direct them accordingly;
- Maintain diary and cleaniliness of the board room;
- Receive, sort, register and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
- Esure that all official outgoing correspondence, reports, proposals etc are properly bound, labeled correctly and dispatched accordingly;
- Maintain office equipment in a good working order; and
- File/maintain records for the department.
Required skills & Qualifications:
- A university second (2nd) year undergraduate
- Pursuing a degree in any field
- Second Class - Upper division degree per current exam results
- Have at least 17 points at 'A' Level
- Have 1st grade in 'O'Level
- Have at least a credit 3 in English and a credit 4 in mathemetics
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High level of integrity
