Ensuring that eCCD project timelines and quality deliverables are met
Ensuring Documents and data meet new AML/CDD proceedures (including Unwrapping etc)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Enter roles and responsibilities
Set productivity targets for the migration
Manage the master tracker and send out daily reports to key stakeholders on the progress of the project
Ensure data confidentiality at all times
Complete review to AML/CDD Standards,including customer contacts,including customer contacts to obtain required data and documents
Act as a point of contact for the Relationship managers and Branch Staff when eCCD information is required from SME.
Use eCCD to record ,renew and maintain records of CDD and account opening.
Enhance Customer experience by ensuring that CDD and account opening is customer centric and straight forward.
Day to day management of the Project migration team
Qualifications & Skills
Good background of CDD both policy and procedures
Working Knowledge of CDD covering all SME products
Knowledge of financial crime risk/AML and credit related risk is an advantage
An Analytical and enquring mind
Good attitude and work well within teams is essential
Preferably a University degree
