TIGO Head of Quality of Experience - Africa
The Head of Quality of Experience - Africa will be responsible for the design and development of a E2E QoE (QoX) process based on PDCA to meet end customers service expectations on time at industry competitive costs and quality. Also, will be accountable for providing the local factories with a centralized guidance to ensure having quality as key part of the initial planning.
The duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
- Develop the region Quality of Experience (QoE) roadmap and execute it.
- Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure having E2E QoE as a top priority.
- Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidates interested in applying for the Head of Quality of Experience - Africa position should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree required
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps
- At least 5 years in Mobile operations with experience rolling out initiatives.
- Experience in managing teams in different countries
- MS or MBA preferred
- Focus on cross-functional teams
