ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER GRADE I - 1 POST
16.1 REPORTS: TO THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
16.2 JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for Administrative matters for the Agency.
16.3 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To deal with daily complains from staff.
• To prepare induction programs for new staff
• To prepare periodic reports as per action plans
• To deal with pension and other terminal benefits issues
• To ensure the proper maintenance of registries and personnel records
• To supervise the preparation of periodic reports as per action plans
• Maintains Log Books for Agency’s vehicles;
• Co-ordinates the Agency’s fuel requirement of motor vehicles;
• Follow up vehicles sent to garage for repairs.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by his/her superiors
16.4 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.
• Computer literacy is a must.
