Role Purpose

Coordinating all  MFS regulatory requirements ,license obligations , Initiate and follow up on new product approvals
and any reporting’s that will be required by the Bank of Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor  changes in the regulatory environment   and timely update line manager and MFS department
• Ensure compliance to regulatory , license obligations and other requirements / procedures set by BoT by MFS department.
• Ensure that MFS business is at all times covered by valid license
• Initiate and follow up product / service approvals with BoT
• Respond to any regulatory matters , queries , customer complaints that may arise from BoT and other relevant institutions pertaining to MFS with proactive mitigating measures
• Following up on  operational issues.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of  Law
• 2 years work experience in regulatory/ compliance issues or other related field
