Besides offering general and specialist medical services, Kairuki Hospital serves as the teaching hospital for Hubert KairukiMemorial University (HKMU).

Estates Manager 

Purpose and Scope

Reporting to theDirector General, the job holder will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Estates of Mission Mikocheni Health and Education Network (MMHEN). For our purpose Estate Management will cover the management of the building and services to a standard that adequately supports the delivery of the services under MMHEN institutions in a safe environment

Qualifications

BSc. In Land Management and Valuation (B.Sc. in LMV) /BSc. Civil EngineeringlDegree/Adv. Diploma in Building Economics (Quantity Surveyor), Registered by ERB/Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board, Computer applications literacy in a must.

Internal Auditors 

Purpose and Scope:

To assist the Chief Executive Officer [GEO] in ensuring that all financial orders/regulations relating to financial matters are complied with and to carry out internal audits of all Kairuki Hospital accounts and conduct internal appraisal of the company functions and prepare the annual audit plan and; other duties as assigned by the CEO/Board of Directors.
