27.2 Duties and Responsibilities
To assist in stock verification;
• Reconciliation of stock balances;
• Liaise with Internal Audit on matters pertaining to stocks;
• Assist in periodical stock taking/stock check;
• Maintains stock verification records.
To assist in warehousing;
• To monitor items requiring stock replenishment;
• In charge of all receipts;
• Maintain security and safety of stock/stores;
To assist in procurement.
• Purchasing of supplies, handling acquisitions, ascertain supplies are purchased within price quotations;
• Follow up of supplies to suppliers;
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned.
27.3 Required Qualifications
Holder of a Degree in Procurement and Supply Management or Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management or Bachelor in Business Administration with Procurement and Logistics Management option or equivalent, from a recognized institution
