JICA Program Officer for Agriculture Sector Development

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has been extending its support to the Government of Tanzania focusing on its priority areas; agriculture, infrastructure, local government administration. In agriculture sector, JICA has been supporting the implementation of the Agriculture Sector DevelopmentProgramme(ASDP) through financial support and technical cooperation which includes the support forASDP framework(DADP backstopping, M&E), capacity development and institutional building on rice related training and irrigation development. To further enhance its activities, JICA now invites eligible individual or consulting firm to provide services as Program Officer for Agriculture Sector Development (In-house consultant).

The Program Officer is expected to perform his/her service including collection of sector-related information, analysis, report-writing, assistance and coordination for JICA supported project implementation, etc.

The complete set of Application, in plain, sealed envelope must be submitted to the address below by 16:00 10th June 2013 East African Time.

The selection will be done in accordance with JICA's internal regulations and procedures.
