JOB TITLE: RELATIONSHIP OFFICER.
Reports to: Head of Personal Banking.
Role Requirements:
- § Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- § Proven experience in implementing direct sales strategy especially within banking and insurance industries.
- § Experience in Agency Banking is a definite advantage.
- § One (1) experience in the field.

- § Customer Service Skills.
- § Inter Personal Skills.
- § Communication Skills.
- § Quality Relationship Management
