CCBRT JOBS - Programme Development Officer

Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a locally registered NGO first established in 1994. It is the largest indigenous provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities as well as their families and to enable them to achieve their legitimate potential.

Duties to Include:

- Contributing to the achievement of CCBRT strategic priorities

- Identifying funding opportunities

- Developing and writing funding applications

- Monitoring the implementation of running projects

- Compilation of CCBRT bi-annual and annual reports

- Liaising with the finance department on the financial expenditures

- Communications with funding partners

- Organizing visits by funding partners

- Coordinating research projects

Work Experience / Skills:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Programme Development or related field (E)

- Experience with funding agencies preferred (P)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (E)

- Strong analytical skills (E)

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Development studies, International Relations or equivalent
