Human Resources Services Officer
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Location: International Office, Birmingham
Contract: Permanent

Requirements: Islamic Relief Worldwide is currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Services Officer to maximise the impact of our work and to deliver on the corporate strategy. The job holder will be required to work under the support and guidance of the HR Services Coordinator and will support the deliverables of the HR Services team. In particular, the role will lead on recruitment logistics and manage global personnel recruitment such as field staff.
The role will support key HR projects of strategic significance including HR business data, and the recruitment matrix, which will be presented to the Board of Directors.
The successful candidates should be working towards a CPP/CIPD qualification or equivalent, or is part-qualified, although HR administrative experience may be considered too. The candidate will need to be calm and competent under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
Some knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage though not essential. Knowledge of French or one of a South Asian language will also be positively considered.
