Description

A seasoned Risk and Controls experienced professional with a deep focus on the telecommunications industry to lead our operational team on business processes (financial and operational) and regulatory projects. 

Candidates are expected to:

• Have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry;
• Have a deep understanding of the telecommunications business processes;
• Have had extensive work experience on similar projects;
• Have managed large teams and complex projects; and
• Have had experienced in business development.

Responsibilities

The role is a regional role and will be equally balanced between overseeing and managing the telecommunications operational projects as well as developing new work within the telecommunications industry. As such, the role will entail significant travel within the Middle East region.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and processes.
• Deep experience in financial, operational and regulatory non-financial auditing and assurance in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong people management, project management, relationship building, communication skills, report writing, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Desirable Skills Required:
• Fluency in English and Arabic written and oral communication; and
• A degree in accounting or business administration or communications engineering.
