Description

An experienced Revenue Assurance and Data Analytics professional with a deep focus on the telecommunications industry to lead our revenue assurance and data analytics team and projects. 

Candidates are expected to:

• Have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry;
• Have a deep understanding of the telecommunications billing environment, revenue assurance processes, systems and KPIs and data analytic tools;
• Have had extensive work experience on similar RA and Data projects;
• Have managed complex RA and Data projects; and
• Has experience in business development.

Responsibilities

The role is a regional role and will be largely focussed on managing the telecommunications RA and Data projects as well as developing new RA and Data work within the telecommunications industry. As such, the role will entail significant travel within the Middle East region.

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep knowledge of the telecommunications CRM / BSS / OSS environment.
• Deep experience in the telecommunications billing environment, revenue assurance processes, systems and KPIs and data analytic tools.
• Strong people management, project management, relationship building, communication skills and report writing skills.

Desirable Skills Required:

• Fluency in English and Arabic written and oral communication; and
• A degree in communications engineering.
• Experience in telecommunication Fraud Management processes, controls, systems and KPIs.
