The Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company Ltd intends to carry out Training on Risk Management.

Scope:

The objective of the training assignment shall be to enlighten various stakeholders on the following:

• Overview of Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) and Risk Management Frameworks
• Responsibilities of the various stakeholders in the ERM process i.e. The Board, Committees of the Board, Senior Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management Unit, Directorate and Departmental Risk Committee ,etc
• Determination of risk response strategies and evaluation of alternatives courses of actions, risk appetite and control activities
• Risk monitoring and reporting
• Challenges in the Risk Management process

Firms interested in expressing interest shall demonstrate the following:

• Display Experience in Similar Assignments.
• Availability of appropriate skills among staff, (Qualified personnel for the task)
• Reference letters for satisfactorily having engaged in Risk Management Training from at least three (3) clients
• Evidence of Technical Competence of at least two years in the area of Risk Management.
• Copies of Company Registration Certificates, Current Tax Compliance Certificate and PIN Registration Certificate.

Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Interested firms may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Manager during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours except during lunch hour (1300-1400hours) and public holidays.

Completed Expressions of Interest documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the Ref. No. and addressed to the address below must be Deposited in the Tender Box situated on the first floor, Administration Block, at the Head Office, Kampala Road off Enterprise Road, Nairobi by 12.00 noon on Friday November 09, 2012.

Expressions of Interests will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company Limited reserves the right to reject or accept any Expression of Interest and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
