Palast Rock Hotel located in Nyamata, Bugesera District wishes to recruit staff for the following positions :

1 Hotel Manager 1

• At least a Degree in Hotel management or Tourism with at least 5 years experience in a senior position of Hotel management
• Fluency in French or English and good working knowledge of the other language,
• Customer care knowledge

2. Finance & Administration Manager (1)

• Bachelor degree in finance Human resources, management, economics studies or related field
• At least 3 year experience in hotel industries
• Computer knowledge
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language

3 Food & Beverage Manager (1)

• Degree in Hotel Management,
• Hospitality industries
• Food production knowledge
• Food & beverage management
• Customer care knowledge
• 3 years in hotel industries
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language

4. Front Office & House Keeping Manager (1)

• Bachelor degree in Hotel management specially in front office management
• 3 years experience in front office and House keeping
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language
• Customer care background
• Entrepreneurship
• Sufficient computer knowledge

5. Accountant (1)

• Bachelor degree in accountancy, financial management and any other related field
• 5 years experience in hotel accountancy
• Ms excel, word, and accounting softwares
• Fluency in French ,English

6. Logistics &Purchase Officer (1)

• Be Rwandan by nationality
• Bachelor degree in management, logistics, statistics economy, procurement or other related field
• 3 years of experience
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language
• Sufficient computer knowledge

7. Marketing & Sales Officer (1)

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, business studies, economy, management
• 3 years experience in related field
• Customer care knowledge
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language

8. Security Officer (1)

• A-level in any field
• Proven experience in security services
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and French or English
• 5 years experience
• Knowledge in fire detection, using camera and other security system

9. Food & Beverage Supervisor (1)

• Diploma in Hotel management or Food Production
• Food & beverage management
• Customer care knowledge
• 3 years in hotel industries
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language

10. Head Chef (1)

• Diploma in Hotel management or Food Production
• 3 years experience in food production industry
• Customer care knowledge
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language

11. Reception & House Keeping Supervisor (1)

• Diploma in Hotel management, Housekeeping or Customer caring
• 3 years in housekeeping
• in housekeeping management and hotel reception services
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language
• Customer cares background
• Entrepreneurship skills

12. Health Club Supervisor (1)

• Diploma in Public Health, Sports or any other related field
• 3 years experience in a health club
• Fluency in French or English and working knowledge of the other language
• Customer cares background

13. Cashier (1)

• Diploma in accountancy, management, finance
• 3 years experiences
• Ms excel, word and accounting softwares
• Fluency in French or English (written and spoken )

14. Storekeepers (1)

• Diploma in accountancy, management, finance
• 3 years experience in hotel stores management
• Ms excel, word and accounting softwares
• Fluency in French or English

15. Maintenance Technicians (2)

• A level in plumbing and/ or electricity (Electronics). Knowledge in both would be an advantage
• 5 years in building maintenance
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and French or English,

16. Banquet Attendant (1)

• A level in hotel industries
• Vocational training Food &beverage
• Good health
• Customer care knowledge
• Fluency Swahili, Kinyarwanda And working knowledge in French and English

17. Receptionists (3)

• Diploma in hotel management or A-level accompanied with Vocational training in front office management
• 3 years experience as a receptionist
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda, French and English

18. Room attendants (2)

• Vocational training in room attendance
• 2 years in hotel room attendance

19. Laundry attendants (3)

• Vocational training certificate in laundry services
• 2 years experience in laundry services
• Chemicals knowledge

20. Pool coaches (2)

• A-level
• Vocational training in swimming
• Good knowledge in health area (first aid)
• Chemicals knowledge

21. Sauna attendants (3)

• A-Level in hotel services or related field or a vocational training certificate in food and beverage services
• 3 years experience in food & beverage service
• Customer care experience

22. SPA Therapists (2)

• A-Level in health, or related field or a vocational training certificate in massage, anatomy
• 3 years experience in massage
• Customer care experience

23. Gym instructor (1)

• A-Level in health or a vocational training in sports/gym
• 3 years experience as a gym instructor

24. Bar men/women (3)

• A-Level in food and beverage services or related field
• Fluency in French or English with good working knowledge in the other language, Kinyarwanda
• 5 years experience as bar man/women

25. Cooks (5)

• Vocational training certificate in cooking
• 3 years experience in cooking services

26. Waiters/waitress (6)

• A-level or Vocational training in Food & beverage
• 3 years experience

27. Security Guards (6)

• O-level with 5 years experience in security services

28. Cleaners (4)

• Vocational training in cleaning with 2 years experience

29. Gardeners (4)

• Vocational training in gardening with at least 2 years experience

30. Porters (2)

• Vocational training in front desk
• Customer care knowledge
