JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

CARE International in Rwanda is seeking to recruit an ´´Enterprise Development Manager´´for its VSL Technical Support Unit to be based in KIGALI.

Minimum requirements:

• Rwandan Nationality;
• Minimum Bachelor´s degree in cooperatives, rural economy studies, Rural development, social sciences or other related field;
• At least two years successful experience in rural development /microfinance or cooperative programs ;
• A good understanding of the agriculture sector, policy environment and entrepreneurship;
• Minimum three (3) years experience as a trainer;
• Proven skills in community mobilization and reporting;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fully computer literate and have report writing skills;
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision;

Languages: English or/and French: Excellent oral and written communication skills in one of these languages and proficiency in the other language.
