NWSC/25/2012: Expression of Interest: Consultancy Services on Editorial, Design and Production of Corporate Publications.

The Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company Ltd intends to engage a Public Relations Consultant (s) for Production of Corporate Publications. 

Due to the nature of work the consultant will liaise with the relevant office (s) to ensure the content reflects the desired corporate image, articles to be published and coverage of events through photography.

Scope:

The publication shall be quarterly and as such content will be derived from activities within the period prior to production. 

On occasion a special edition may be produced with consultation of the necessary supervising authority.

Each publication will be delivered in soft copy and hard copy.
Interested consultants must demonstrate the following:

• Experience in Similar Assignment (Evidence of having performed at least five similar assignments).
• Availability of appropriate skills among staff, (Qualified personnel for the task)
• Reference letters for satisfactorily completed projects from at least three (3) clients
• Evidence of Technical Competence of at least two years in the area of Editorial, Design and Production of Publications.
• Copies of Company Registration Certificates, Current Tax Compliance Certificate and PIN Registration Certificate.

Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Interested firms may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Manager during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours except during lunch hour (1300-1400hours) and public holidays.

Completed Expressions of Interest documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the Ref. No. and addressed to the address below must be Deposited in the Tender Box situated on the first floor, Administration Block, at the Head Office, Kampala Road off Enterprise Road, Nairobi by 12.00 noon on Friday November 09, 2012.

Expressions of Interests will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company Limited reserves the right to reject or accept any Expression of Interest and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
