We are a textile manufacturing company in India and looking to expand our market into the East African Region.
Due to this need, the company is seeking to recruit well-organized, highly motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position ofRegional Account Managers for the Kenyan market.
The Individual
The Individual
- Must have at least two years of sales experience gained in the FMCG industry and particularly large retail stores and textile dealers.
- Must be experienced in dealing with textile importers and dealers, those with existing relationships will be given preference.
- Your duty is to introduce our line of products and generate sales orders for importation.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Computer skills and must submit daily sales reports for reviews.
- Ability to meet and exceed set monthly targets.
- Able to work on a performance based structure; the value of monthly sales brought determines your pay. Those already in the FMCG sales may take this job alongside their current one to make extra income.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
