G Adventures is seeking a Content Development Coordinator who will support the Brand Marketing team in its content strategy and production. The successful candidate is one who will manage important relationships between internal stakeholders and the Brand Marketing team, solving problems and proficiently moving projects forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the development and execution of content development production calendars across multiple brand channels
- Support the strategy and logistics for the creation and management of marketing collateral and promotional marketing tools
- Provide expert project leadership by identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating partner relationships and project maintenance
- Coordinate content marketing initiatives, assignments and deadlines with graphic designers, content producers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure brand standards are maintained and are consistent at every internal and external contact point
- Work effectively across different departments understanding their business needs while managing the schedule, quality and delivery of projects across geographically dispersed teams and customers
- Organize and maintain marketing materials archives
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years marketing or brand-related agency experience preferred
- Previous experience using content management and Digital Asset Management systems preferred
- Excellent project management skills. Ability to organize, schedule, and track multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
- Superior attention to detail a must
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of marketing, as well as brand messaging and positioning
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of publications processes, editorial and copy-writing skills
- Knowledge of general creative principles including marketing mix, brand management and research techniques
- Familiar with Graphic Design principles and Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of, and identification with, G Adventures’ Core Values
