Summary of Duties
Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Common Service assistant provides daily administrative support and services, provides and creates information and/or documentation, provides support for ongoing program activities, responds to service requests from clientele and performs other duties as required.

Minimum of a Diploma or an Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Procurement and Logistics, Hotel Management and Tourism or Engineering from a recognized college or university or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position to compensate;
Three (3) years of recent working experience in similar position(s);
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Deputy Management and Consular Officer (DMCO), the Consular Assistant provides consular services for Canadian citizens in Tanzania, the Seychelles and the Comoros; provides passport and notarial services; is responsible for the maintenance of the consular services financial systems and cost recovery program; provides administrative services; responds to enquiries on a wide range of issues; and performs other duties.

Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized college or university in one of the following fields : Business Administration, Law Degree, Hotel Management and Tourism, Social Work, Psychology or five (5) years relevant experience to compensate;
