We are urgently looking to engage young, trendy, design savvy, fresh-out-of-the-box thinkers for the following short term posts:

Assistant Coordinator, Gift Hamper Program – Nairobi, Kenya 

We would like to engage the services of an enthusiastic, bubbly individual for the above exercise. 

The Assistant coordinator for the Gift Hamper / Gift Basket Program will assist in:

• The development, implementation, and management of the program’s catalog & corporate sales cycle co-ordination.
• Follow up on incoming queries via phone, email or social media and documenting them appropriately for processing
• Assist in overseeing the production process to completion.
• Assist in coordinating the delivery to ensure hampers are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, invoices and other official documents
• Manage business relationships with clients via regular interaction
• Other related duties that may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing / P.R.
• Between 22 – 25 years
• Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends if required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Highly creative and can identify with various tastes & preferences
• Pleasant persona with good networking ability
• Strong in strategic thinking & execution
• Matured in conduct and can work under minimal supervision
• Ability to grasp new concepts fast.

Freelance Graphic Designer 

Creative flair and the knack to create eye catching artwork for various forms of collateral should be traits synonymous with your design portfolio.

You should be up to date with various design software i.e.: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc

You’ll have the benefit of working from home if you wish and just dropping the artwork with us.

Requirements

• Degree in Fine Arts 
• Between 22 – 25 years
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Highly creative and can identify with various tastes & preferences
• Pleasant persona with good networking ability
• Matured in conduct and can work under minimal supervision
• Ability to grasp new concepts fast.

Gift Hamper Design Assistants  

The Gift Hamper Design / Admin Assistant will:

• Assist with the designing of the hampers by being able to visualize concepts and themes as well as identify with various tastes and preferences to come up with spectacular artwork based on predetermined specifications.
• Site visit to clients for sales calls / demos, etc

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (current part time students can express their interest)
• Between 22 – 25 years
• Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends if required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Highly creative & pleasant personality
• Matured in conduct and can work under minimal supervision
• Ability to grasp new concepts fast.

Previous experience in gift services will be an added advantage
