Role Purpose You will focus on supporting the operational needs of Consumer Understanding through database creation, management and data analysis. Key Responsibilities • Creating and structuring a comprehensive database to store and manage surveys for analysis and reporting • Data mining to support Consumer Understanding team • Monitor, manage, and clean data to ensure data quality • Extract key insights from data and report • Design and generate accurate and attractive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau • Improve data visualization solutions for reporting • Design quantitative processes to streamline reporting on data collected on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) Position Requirements • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Finance, Statistics, or other data related field • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field. • Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili • Proficiency in SQL • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Using Advanced Functions, Analysis Tools) and other MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Project and Visio • Experience using SPSS Modeler is a plus • High degree of creativity and self-motivation • Team Player APPLY |
