Position Summary An Integration Manager is required to manage day to day integration of impact mitigation measures at the LNG Plant development site.

Key Accountabilities Review the scopes of work for the early engineering works, technical studies / surveys and construction activities to identify potential project impacts and the mitigation measures to be implemented at the LNG Plant site and surrounding communities. Review the scopes of work for the early engineering works, technical studies / surveys and construction activities to identify local employment and contracting opportunities associated with the LNG Plant development. Develop an Integration Plan documenting the project impacts and opportunities, mitigation measures, strategies for benefit maximisation, interfaces between the Project and the consultants/ contractors, mechanisms for integration and schedule for implementation. Liaise between the various engineering teams, pre-FEED contractor, the social performance team to ensure integration of issues, management of impacts and relevant and timely two way flow of information between the various parties to inform decision making and minimise risks. Monitor project impacts, report to the LNG Development team and make recommendations on addressing through Project design and improved impact mitigation.   Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute Demonstrated experience in managing impacts during the development of a large scale extractives industry infrastructure project to minimise negative impacts and optimise local employment and contracting opportunities. Demonstrated field and operational experience in working with contractors and consultants to manage Project impacts. Experience in working with engineering teams on integrating of social and environmental issues. Demonstrated experience in developing stakeholder engagement plans and consulting with a range of stakeholders at local, regional and national levels Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing grievance management systems Demonstrated familiarity on the application of the IFC Performance Standards Experience or involvement in the development of large scale infrastructure in the extractives industry. Collaborative and a team player. Ability to work well with peers and in cross-functional teams Ability to balance high professional integrity and adaptability and be able to exert judgement accordingly between the two Strong ability to engage, consult and bridge conflict and build consensus. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to engage and influence at different levels, from consultants and contractors to senior managers and across different functions. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, appropriately and persuasively, to different audiences. Strong project management skills. Tenacity and high energy
