Tanzania Postal Bank (TPB) seeks to appoint dedicated, self motivated and highly organized Senior System auditor who among others will have to develop risk assessments with emphasis on Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and evaluate the adequacy,effectiveness and efficiency of the Bank systems. :Main Purpose of the Job: 1) To develop risk assessment with emphasis on IT systems and applications. 2) To develop and implementing IT internal auditing manual, policies, procedures, and program. 3) To maintain and support IT infrastructure of the Audit directorate. 4) To Provide IT guidance to audit team members to ensure that the overall objectives of the audit are met. 5) To plan the audit process by discussing the requirements with the auditee and developing the audit scope and objective. 6) To extract and analyses data from the banking core system and other bank records, including defining the audit scope and testing for audit field work. 7) To conduct planned audit fieldwork in specified areas of IT in relation to Credit function, Operation and Financial activity and report on the findings and recommendations. 8) To review the accuracy and efficiency of the banking accounting system and internal controls. 9) To monitor accuracy of data in different IT systems like core banking system and all other softwares utilised by the bank. Qualification:

• University degree majoring in Computer science/information Technology or
its equivalent.
• Three years of relevant experience
• Professional qualification of CISA will be added advantage.
