JOB TITLE : Head of Easy Roaster
REPORTS TO : General Manager

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure operational excellence in Ultimate Security Tanzania Limited
operations so as to provide quality service to customers. The key focus will be the efficient
deployment and oversight of the daily operations. The tasks will involve the
allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources
to achieve operational efficiency

has vacancies for (1) Head of Easy
Roster at our Head Office based in Kinondoni, Dar Es Salaam
Role Responsibility:
Evidence of Performance
- Time and Attendance process (Easy Roster)
- Making sure that all the posting sheets are printed and
being signed by the securirty officers on duty in order to mark attendance
on sites or locations everyday at their respective shifts.
- Counter checking every posting sheet which is being
signed by the security officers and highlight incase an officer is the
following statuses Absent, Leave permission or an ED in case he or she is
sick
- Making sure that the names of all sick security
officers from the dispensary are fed on the roaster.
- Uploading the names of all security officers going for
annual leave every month and their
replacements by the reserve officers
- Making sure the
abscondment are done to the officers who have constinously been absent for
more than 5 days from office without any sufficient reason.
- Making sure that the newly employed security officers
and staff are uploaded into the system at every intake they are employed.
- Ensure that all security officers are prepared
appropriate roaster
- Ensure that comments are made on time to all security
officers who have low overtime
before closing of the payroll which is normally done before every the 15th
of each month from the payroll.
- Making sure that the roasters for the upcountry
branches is updated every month.
- Making sure that the roasters brought by the Shift
Managers or the Customer Service Manager is updated timely.
- Making sure that the payslips are produce to the HR
Department for the security officers that have resigned and absconded from
employment.
- Creating new sites on the roaster system when a new
client joins the company
- Ensuring all terminated sites are removed from the
roaster system.
- Making sure that there is a proper export and sorting
of all absentism for a period closing the payroll every month and send it
to the data department to process the necessary deductions.
- Effective administration of customer and site database
- Managing the full function of the
- Easy Roster Time and Attendance process as well as
Biometric and labour cost.
- Create and maintain accurate Customer and employee
records on the EasyRoster database, as required for all contractual
customers.

Labour Management on direct labour
- Job Costing ,Wage Cost forecast
- Ensures timely and accurate preparation of all Monthly
and Daily Schedules from the HR / Operational Teams
- Work closely with the Human Resources Department to
- ensure that time and attendance actions are in
conformance with
- Labour Management process
- Interface routinely with Human Resources on
employee
- accurate processing of hours worked
The Ideal Candidate:
ü Working knowledge of wage and Labour Controls and
reconciliations of hours worked exported
and imported into payroll for processing.
ü Knowledge of related financial processes and procedures
within the company Biometric Time and attendance systems.

6. Minimum qualification & Experience
- Grade 12
- Computer Literacy
- Analytical Ability (Management Reports)
- Experience in time and attendance systems (Labour
Management)
- Roaster of Operational Staff and reconciliation of
contract requirements Hours worked (Head Count Reconciliations)
- Management Reporting – Junior Middle and Senior
Management
- Bio Metric Time and Attendance
