Initiative Coordinator - Orange-Senqu Youth River Basin Action-Oriented Peer-Learning Piloting, and Development of a Comprehensive Technical & Funding Programme

Type of appointment: 7 months contract

Salary: Market related monthly salary payment to be negotiated based on experience and budget

Duty station: Centurion, South Africa

Context: ORASECOM wants to implement an Initiative aimed at:- (i) the piloting of action-oriented peer-learning activities (Component 1); and (ii) the development of a comprehensive technical & funding programme (Component 2) for youth river basin learning and outreach. A qualified and capable individual is therefore being sought to coordinate and implement this Initiative on behalf of ORASECOM. Details on the requirements of the Position are provided in the attached TORs.

Requirements: A post graduate degree in environmental education or a related field

Eligibility: Only citizens of the Orange-Senqu River Basin riparian States are eligible to apply
