To direct and manage the Branch's resources, in line with the Bank's short and long term plan, policies and values with a view of generating the highest return on capital employed, promoting customer loyalty by providing a superior customer experience and identifying and promoting new business, in order to ensure future growth without incurring unmanageable risks, Adheres to FNB
Branch Banking Values.
Essential
Graduate caliber or Professional Banking Certificate,
Advanced Diploma / Degree,
Retail Branch(General Banking experience, minimum 3 years.
Preferred
Experience in the departments of; loans; back office, customer service,
Knowledge of aperta will be an advantage.
Personal Attributes
Manages the achievement of performance objectives in the service branch,
Staff development- Establishes a culture of learning and development,
Develops and implements a sales and service tactical plan to meet targets,
Business acumen,
Applies analytical thinking during the problem solving and decision-making,
Drives a passion for service excellence in the branch, Participative decision-making,
