Mzinga Corporation is a Government of Tanzania Institution under the Ministry of Defense & National Service. Vacancies exist at the Corporation's Head Office at Mzinga Morogoro and applications from suitably qualified and competent personnel are invited to apply for the post.

Senior Nurse 
Location > Morogoro 

Must possess secondary school education certificate plus certificate in Nursing Grade B and Midwives (section B) or Public Health Nurse section B Parts I & II or equivalent qualifications with at least six years
working experience in this field.
Duties:
Assisting in providing nursing care of patients' maternal mothers and their children.
Assisting in administering drugs 'and treatment as prescribed by the medical practitioner.
Giving preventive medicine service for Public Health
Nurse as directed by the Medical Practitioner.
Performing other related duties as may be assigned

Office Assistant Grade III 
Location > Morogoro 

Holder of Form IV Secondary Certificate with, passes in at least two
subjects including English and Kiswahili.
Upkeep and cleans offices, windows and desks.
Cleans Office surroundings Gardens and generally keeps the corporation's premises in clean and attractive state.
Assists in organizing for pre-meeting arrangements.
Prepares and serves refreshments during in house meeting and
workshops;
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate
supervisor.

Administrative Secretary Grade III
Location > Morogoro 

Possession of a Secondary School Education Certificate plus Diploma in Secretarial Studies with at least six years working experience in the related field and must have passed Stage three with 120 w.p.rm.
Short hand speed as compulsory.
Must have computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet.

Duties:
Typing letters, minutes, reports& Non confidential
correspondences,
Assisting in receiving & guiding visitors.
Filling copies of letters and other correspondences in proper files.
Photocopying and/or scanning of various official documents,
Performing other related duties as may be assigned

Human Resources Officer 
Location > Morogoro 

Possession of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (with bias in Human Resources management or Public services management) from a recognized University with a working experience of six years. Possession of Master Degree and Basic Computer application skill will be an added advantage.

Duties:
Coordinate recruitments, placement, timely confirming new employees and promotion.
Check to ascertain accuracy for onward transmission for approval of staff welfare issues e.g. Processing and approving annual leave, loans and other staff claims.
Review procedures and policies on staff recruitment and recommends possible solutions for management consideration.
Ensure safety of personnel within the office premises.
Co-ordinate the open performance review and appraisal system (OPRAS)
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

 Technician Grade II (X 4) 
Location > Morogoro 
Must possess a Full Technician certificate or ordinary Diploma major in Laboratory Technician, Civil Technician or Mechanical Technician.

Duties:
This is a training post. The appointee must be prepared to undertake
following duties related to the field as may be assigned and closely supervised. . .
Undertaking minor works repairs and other facilities;
Conducting regular inspections of the working tools and facilities
Determining maintenance or repairs required;
Performing extensive design verification testing on prototype and
off - tool parts.
Working closely with quality and assist in troubleshooting.
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisors.

Artisan (x 25 ) 
Location > Morogoro 
Possession of Secondary School Education Certificate, Plus two to three years training leading to the award of Trade Test Grade 111/ CBET I/CBA Level I specialized in Fitter & Turner, Fitter Mechanics,
Carpentry and Joinery, Electroplating, Electrical Installation or Laboratory Assistant with at least three years working experience in related field.

Duties:
This is a training grade and Artisans will normally work under close supervision of Senior Artisans/Supervisors

Fireman Grade II (X 3 ) 
Location > Morogoro
Possession of Secondary School Education Certificate preferably those who have completed one year Course and have obtained the fireman ship Certificate from recognized Institutions.

Duties:
Performing all fire extinguish duties as directed by his/her senior.
Ensuring that all his working gear is in good condition and is ready for use any time when is required.
Taking care of machinery tools and equipment.
Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by one's superior from time to time.
