Requirement:

·         2 to 5 years relevant experience in HRM, Degree/Diploma in human resources management or business administration.

·         Experience in the HRM areas like Recruitment, Training, HR administration (Leave management, Attendance, Induction, Communication of HR policies, Employee Announcements, Grievance Handling etc) Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc

·         Good communication & Interpersonal skills, experience of MIS.

·         Energetic, responsible,  quick, to be able to handle responsibilities with minimum guidance.

Responsibilities

·         To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions

·         Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with the laws, statutes and regulations

·         Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process

·         Conduct new employee induction program and Training Coordination

·         Supporting the Performance appraisal & Employee engagement activities

·         Oversee employees’ disciplines, staff consultation & grievance Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development
