ICTJ is seeking a summer intern to work at its New York office to support the HR function at ICTJ across all areas including recruitment, governance, and other discrete HR work. The intern will be supervised by the HR Manager. This is a part-time, unpaid internship, with a time commitment of 20 hours per week for approximately 12 weeks (May-August). Duties may include:
• Post open positions to external job boards
• Schedule on-site candidate interview
• Maintain candidate tracking system
• Assist with new hire materials
• Aid in general records management projects

Qualifications
• Applicant should be an undergraduate or graduate student studying Human Resources Management
• Applicant should have strong analytical and writing skills

Essential/Basic Requirements:
• College course work in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related business or humanities major
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow direction as well as work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
