Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the RAS leader the job holder will drive business development and delivery standards across the team.-Build a network of client relationship aimed at facilitating business growth
-Participate actively in industry thought leadership initiatives including projects with regulators and clients
-Demonstrate knowledge of risk management policies and standards and ensure engagement delivery is in accordance with those standards
-Ensure proper management of engagement economics through efficient project management, billing, collection and WIP management
-Lead in the client engagement delivery through proactive engagement, issues resolution and quality delivery
-Act as trusted business advisor with clients through knowledge sharing, technical expertise and project management
-Manage client relationships through positive and proactive engagement
-Effectively lead in people development within the practice
-Be involved in staff engagement through mentoring and counseling
-Support leadership in building and maintaining a pipeline of competent staff in the business area
Additional Information
Qualification and experience:-Degree with honors and relevant professional qualification( CIA, CISA, CISM)
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
-Experience in IT security, IT strategy reviews
-Experience in Quality assurance and post implementation reviews
-Experience in IT system optimization
-Experience in IT governance risk and compliance
-Experience in supporting application reviews and controls design
-Experience in system reviews in audit engagement will be an added advantage
-Project management skills
