Role Purpose You are responsible for providing administrative support for Tigo Cash back-office compliance activities as well as supporting all Tigo Cash Customer Care activities. Key Responsibilities • Centre for product knowledge for customers and agents • Centre for product improvement • Check and file customer registration forms • Provide administrative support for the compliance functions of the Tigo Cash back office • Manage the archiving of Tigo Cash documents in compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop training material and organize training for Agents, Team Leaders & Freelancers Position Requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • University degree in admnistration, accounting,marketing, finance • 1 year of experience in customer service and finance • Experience in MFS preferred ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE • Business administration • Reporting • Microsoft Office CORE COMPETENCIES • Problem Solving • Decision Making • Writing and Verbal Communication skills • Integrity • Orientation to internal and external client • Positive and Dynamic attitude APPLY NOW |
