We are looking for Senior Associates with specialization in all areas within Risk Assurance. The four solution sets include: IT risk Assurance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Business controls advisory solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be required to:-Identify opportunities to add value to clients and earn revenue for the firm by keeping abreast with industry -developments and translating them to services the firm can render to current and potential clients
-Ensure relevant risk & compliance checks on assignments are completed
-Manage project economics on an ongoing basis to manage assignment costs and ensure profitability
-Be technically adept in order to guide the assignment team (s)
-Develop and maintain good working relationships with middle to high level management as appropriate to ensure an excellent, professional working atmosphere to deliver the assignments
-Be the contact person between client and assignment team(s) as appropriate during assignments to ensure successful assignment delivery
-Develop team through coaching and on the job training for junior team members to ensure their technical development and assignment delivery
-To provide timely and constructive feedback on engagements
Additional Information
The requirements for this role are:-Degree in relevant field (information systems and business) and relevant professional qualification (CISM; CISA). Audit knowledge will be an added advantage
-Have demonstrable SAP Governance Risk & Compliance skills.
-3 - 5 years’ relevant experience
-Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, flexibility in working hours
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-Good presentation skills (comfortable making oral presentations before client/client teams
-Good organizational and project management skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage teams
